The purpose of this letter is to commend the services rendered by RE/MAX Real Estate Consultants Twyla Topham during our successful search for a house in Palm Springs. Miss Topham provided exemplary and comprehensive services throughout the entire search and closing process.
We became acquainted with Miss Topham when she answered an internet inquiry posed by us. We arranged to visit Palm Springs through her efforts. Before our visit we had numerous internet and phone exchanges setting the parameters of the type of residence we were interested in. She spent several days visiting listed homes and photographing them for our benefit. She used the internet to send photographs of several dozen residences. From the photographs we were able to eliminate a good number and then selected ones we wished to visit personally.
We were able over the course of a long weekend to visit, and in several cases revisit, a dozen homes. After we selected one, Miss Topham was very successful in negotiating with the sellers on our behalf. We closed on the property a month after we made our offer and throughout the entire time Twyla maneuvered through the myriad details which are required in California. We successfully closed on our house without a hitch and with good relations on all sides.
This purchase is the 20th property we have bought or sold and Twyla Topham has been the best and most efficient consultant with whom we have ever dealt. We would be happy to respond to inquiries.
